PODIUM
PODIUM is an annual chamber music festival held in Haugesund in the end of July each year. Presenting chamber music from a wide variety of styles, the festival builds on a strong personal relationship with its audience. Since it was founded in 2008 by Mathias Halvorsen and Guro Pettersen, PODIUM has grown to become an important part of the city's cultural life. Other PODIUM festivals have later sprung up in Germany, Spain and Austria. Mathias is sharing the artistic leadership of the festival with Nikolai Matthews.
